RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl14 hours agoA. 8+ is good basically a minimum of 8 to 10 hours in a day out of 24 hours is a very good amount of sleep with a child can make the child more than that like more than 10 hours also then it is fine but eight hours minimum is very very important
