Hi mom Both are good Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals BM is best of all formula milk Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits pulses whole vegetables fruits to increase your milk supply Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Wash hands often before touching your baby
