should be cooked properly and give in mashed form.
give everything to your child except cow milk and honey.
also start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Avoid Eat for sometime because that’s what I’m going to say it is a little sticky and heavy for a child to digest initially so you can start it after the age of 10 months but as of now I’m just going to advise you to avoid it and still if you want to you can just give sabudana Kheer to the child that would be better
