is red masoor dal good for 8 months old baby??any side effects?? she js already comfortable.with moon dal and toor dal..but also wanted to start masoor dal.. just wanted to know can we give any kind of side effects??

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Yes you can give masoor dal to the baby as the baby is 8 months old.
Not to worry as the baby is already comfortable with moong dal and tur dal.
Always follow 3 days rule for new food to avoid allergy.
