is rantac syrup good for baby?as he is suffering from some gas trouble?

ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician5 years agoA. I would suggest you to use a oral drops containing Dil oil fennel oil like colicaid or gsstica drops for your child as these are carminative mixture and help in expulsion of the gas from the abdomen
