is ragi good for babies....pls post some ragi recipes....

A. ragi is very goid for babies. I would suggest you buy ragi....wash it nicely and dry it thoroughly. After that get it powdered. Seive it nicely and store in a container...preferably in a glass or steel container...not plastic. Take about 1 teaspoon ragi powder and add quarter cup water (boiled and cooled water). Mix it well and then cook this mixture for a few minutes continuously stirring until it comes to a boil. Adjust the consistency as per your requirement.add a little of jaggery or a pinch of salt....or if you think your baby will eat without these also then you can try without adding sugar or salt first.
