A. Hello no any preservative is not good at 10 month of age give fresh fruits Constipation is common in babies. Give a proper balanced diet that contains a balance of protein vitamins carbohydrates and fibres. Fibres are essential as they hold water. Give apple, prunes, pears, peaches. Gently massage the stomach and lower abdomen to Stimulate bowel motion. Give tummy time and leg bicycle. Playtime is essential as moving the body keeps the bowel moving Can give mashed dates as they are natural laxative. Give crushed black raisins with boiled milk in above one year babies and with water in below one year. Poper hydration is necessary for proper movement of bowel. Ensure timely breastfeeding if under six months age and milk as well as water in above 6 months babies.
