Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. Hello ma’am yes absolutely its good as I too have used it for my daughter for 2-3 years of age but just make sure u don’t add any extra sugar to it as that can create obesity in kids so try to give plain milk and add 1 tea spoon of this powder ..
