Is parle g biscuits good for 7 month old baby. As i read somewhere in babies food diet sugar and salty should avoid, it will affect on kidney

A. basically as per my own experience I have given a little amount of sweets and also salt in the food of the baby that is a little not too much there is no harm in giving it right now it is being said that you give bland food bland food because most of the times we are becoming more diet conscious but every food contains a little salt or sugar in it so you can go ahead but not in too much of quantity
