Expertdr Komal agrawalPaediatrician7 years agoA. Hello No pacifiers are not at all good for babies. Pacifiers are made of plastic Plastic is not good for babies. If babies keep sucking pacifiers then babies do get lot of infection which might cause loose motion, vomitting, cough and sometimes chest infection. So avoid using pacifiers as far as possible. But if you don’t have any choice then you can use. Keep boiling the pacifiers constantly. Keep 2-3pacifuers on rotation.

Samidha MathurMom of 2 children7 years agoA. personally I never suggest pacifier to any baby... as pacifier mix the baby addicted and also lead to the speech delay, makes the lip very thick in their appearance,... please avoidt using pacifier...
