Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. oral rehydration solution is definitely useful to replace the last water and electrolytes in the baby in case of fever u are also there is no problem using this during fever in the baby

Give pcm drops
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Burp well after every feeding
Stay hydrated
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
