A. yes..open heart surgery is needed.

A. if the baby is having tetralogy of fallot you had to get the baby surgically repaired the defect it is not possible to treat the baby with medicines .

A. Hi dear mom For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby reports. It can be decided only after examining the baby. Take care
