is oats is good for health,by keeping oats will be weight loss or weight gain

A. Dear ma’am, once in a while you can give oats. Prefer steel cut or rolled oats. Add veggies to it. At the same time introduce or traditional foods too as your kid needs a variety of nutrients

A. hello dear oats are considered to be the balanced diet which is healthy and nutritional and complete diet which will provide all the nutrients taken with fruits and vegetables but just having oats will not help u to loss weight this is just a healthy diet which can be taken instead of any junk food
