A. yes. nipples conform in shape once baby starts latching. also for flat nipples you can pull out with syringe like device. consult with your gynaecologist. or use nipple shield. or express and feed till latching is established.

A. hi.. actually nipple puller are for those whose nipples are flat and during teething time to protect your self it depends on you if you're baby not able to latch you can use
