Is nestle cerelac is safe for baby ? How frequently I should give it to my baby ? She is 12 months old

ExpertPriyanka BhawalkarNutritionist7 years agoA. Hi you can start giving everything which you cook for yourself to the baby , you can give Cerelac only in case of emergency or while travelling, just avoid oily and spicy food and blend the food if required

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. now you should be giving all family foods to your child the way you prepare in your house according to the regional food preferences. this will ensure development of healthy eating behaviour avoid giving only soft and mashed food otherwise child will develop fussy eating behaviour and not get habituated to food like roti sabji dal also commercial baby food are best avoided homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups is most adequate to support optimum growth and nutrition

Dr Vinay kulkarniFather of 2 children7 years agoA. Your child is 1 year old Nestle cerealac is good for your baby. But as 1 year old child he should eat each and every thing that you prepare at home. Make it habit that he should eat homemade food. Try to avoid readymade preparations. Diet should be balanced and healthy.
