Hello ma’am Yes it is a safe medicine to go for because it is basically for healthy and smooth digestion it has got nothing to do with lose motions so if your child is having lose motions for the time being and you confused about this medicine at any point of time then you can discuss it with your paediatrician but as per my information it is completely fine to use it
