is my report surely serious for trisomy 21, please advise and guide what to do next.

In such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because the doctor can only advise you well after examining you and checking your reports you should never take any sort of medication till it is not advised by doctors of first consult with your doctor about then only take any sort of medication
