Is my 5 years old kid able to count two digit substraction and addition in finger

A. Are usually if your child knows how to do the calculation of counting on the finger like 1 to 10 then they can do basic subtraction but usually in early age when they teach they either teach it with the help of the sticks like if you have five sticks and you cut four how much are you left but if you’re five sticks you add five more so you know how that is how they taught and then his mental calculation which usually starts by the time of 5 to 6 years so you have to teach your child in a way where your child can learn it not every child can calculate on the finger and small age
