Is milk once a day is enough for a 3+ year old.

A. around 300 ml to 400 ml milk should be given daily to the child at this age. when the child takes it in one go or whether it is in the form of milk products

A. Hello mom Yes that is totally enough for your baby. Baby should take at least 300 ML milk in a day and if your baby is taking that much then that is sufficient. Rather than this you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take around four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that
