Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. no it's not so Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cause like GERD so it needs proper valuation before giving any medication . Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the vjchild for the improvement before consulting your doctor.
