Hello ma’am No both of the things are different maxtra syrup is different maxtra drops is different so if you are just giving it to your child then you have to go for the drops not the syrup... So don’t get confused whenever doctor prescribes any medication to your child it’s always an always drops till the age of one 2 1/2 years at least
