Is lying position for breastfeed bad for babies ? Is that cause ear infection If yes than how to prevent it ?

Hello ma’am It is not necessarily a cause of ear infection it is that if you are feeding your child into that position sometimes that Milk can slide down into the ears of the child and that can cause an ear infection otherwise there is no harm feeding in a lying down position , you just have to be a lot more careful
