shruti mangla gandhiMom of a 9 yr 2 m old boy6 years agoA. yes, it is. it is mild and fragrance free and doesn't dry up the baby's skin. it nourishes the skin too. you can also use dove, pigeon and chicco. they are equally good too. mild and non toxic
