is jeera (cumin) water good for pcos n thyroid women ? how one should take it?

A. good water intake is recommended in PCOS and hypo thyroid because it helps to regulate weight and control appetite. should also pay attention to your diet have a balance diet consisting variety of food groups especially whole food and grains pulses avoid refined processed food plenty of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables green leafy vegetables good protein intake from Dal legumes sprouts egg fish lean part of chicken and low fat milk and Milk products healthy fat from flaxseed nuts almond walnut peanut pumpkin seed avoid fried food and table sugar control or avoid Soya and its products consume iodized salt very important to balance on metabolism by daily physical activity 45 to 60 minutes

A. definitely it is very good you can know have jeera water early in the morning or have 4 to 5 class in a day
