ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. it's not true . but it might have sugars . dry roast rice : moong dal in the ratio 3:1 grind and store. take spoonfulls , cook in water or little milk and feed warm when your baby is hungry. you can add different dals, corn, wheat etc as baby grows. .try a lighter consistency of cerelac, and feed with a tiny spoon. gradually make it thick .

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Homemade cerelac is always better for the baby can give the ready made ones too as they are meant for the baby so if possible give home made otherwise can give the ones available in the market
