is it true if we eat any cold items from refrigerator, baby ll get cold through breastfeed?

AditiMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy6 years agoA. No its not true. What you eat does affect the milk but not the temperature. Eat healthy n nutritious food.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 8 m old boy6 years agoA. hi mom, yes there are chances of baby getting cold. as whatever you eat goes to baby through breast milk. during lactation period you can have anything but in moderation. excess if anything can harm baby. a sip.of cold water or a spoon of ice cream. is okay...but regular intake of chilled products can harm the baby
