is it the reason my baby putting hand whole day in mouth and watery loose motion and pooping 3 4 times a day

A. Teething would be happening with your child along with that you should check with your doctor as this can be associated with the stomach infection also so I’m going to advise you to consult your doctor regarding that and they advise you with the medicine to use
