is it safe to use otrivin nasal spray for baby 15 months old to remove nasal congestion.normal nasal drops are not useful.

Give warm soups dals turmeric milk
Anybody suffering from cold may stay away from baby

Nasoclear saline drops just clear the nasal block.
It doesn't help in decreasing nasal congestion.
But if nasal congestion is minimal
then better to avoid to give nasal drops in first 3months of age.
If significant nasal congestion night awakening exessive cry due to nasal congestion then give
Nasivion baby nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 2 days only.
It will help
