ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Try to avoid as much as you can. Also during first six months there is no need. Exclusively breast feed your baby till Six months and afterwards start weaning foods. As breast feed contains all the essential nutrients required for the healthy growth and development of the baby and improves immunity of the baby.
