POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 11 yr old girl5 years agoA. You can use Desonide cream for diaper rashes in babies, but just remember to keep the area open for sometime and not to put on tight diapers. Also, over usage may cause skin darkening and irritation on the affected area. Instead, it is better to apply coconut oil multiple times on the rashes. It does not cause any harm and has anti inflammatory and anti bacterial properties. It does not has any side effects too.
