is it safe to give paracetamol everytime when my 3 year old suffer from leg pain

A. not always there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain. it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency. if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be limb pain. if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required

A. Absolutely not if your child is constantly complaining of leg pain that means your child is having growth pain paracetamol is given usually when the pain is severe sometimes body pain or fever but if you’re giving it regularly it is not at all good for your child
