Q.

Is it safe to give levolin 0.31mg to a 1 yr old baby? Or saline nebulisation is better?

A. the medicines in nebulization is given according to the requirement of the child so if it is needed and advised by the doctor you have to give it to the child otherwise at this age both the medicines you have mentioned is given to the child

A. hello depends on what kind of cough the child is having an it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry about
