Is it safe to give honey for two months old baby?

A. Don't give your baby any honey before she's a year old, even if it's to treat a cough. This is because honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in babies. just exclusive breast feed her.

If you give raw honey to your child before the age of one year it can easily cause infection in the stomach of the child which is why it is a complete no-no to give anything to the child like honey before the age of one year so please do not give it for six months it’s only exclusive breastfeeding nothing else not even waterWrite Your Answer Here
