Q.

Is it safe to give goat meat in a diet of a 4yr old boy on an alternate day basis...

A. dear meat intake is better to restrict to 2 times in a week as it contains more fat and higher calories eating habits are formed in young childhood so develop healthy eating from beginning egg is good and chicken fish

A. when i give him green leafy vegetables (palak, meethi) he gets a very bad cramp and stomach pain. other vegetables i give him occasionally..... fish and goat mutton i give him on an alternate basis..when i give him chicken he gets boils and rashes... is it safe on an alternate basis to give goat mutton or paya soup in diet?????? is it harmful for a growing kid?????
