A. No need to give electrolyte if good hydration ie baby is passing minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

A. Instead of flavored one give simple ORS electrolyte powder. Loose motions in infants can be due to stomach infection. If the stools are watery, frothy or foul smelling then consult your paediatrician. Keep feeding your baby well after every two to three hours interval. Start giving ORS

A. it's not safe at this age .  if stool consistency is paste like or little watery nothing to worry about feed on demand, burp well , hold upright after feeds for atleast 10 to 15 minutes. if stools are excessivley watery or foul smelling better to consult with your doctor for examination and treatment, if bottle feeding maintain sterility as its a common source of infection

A. Green colour stool is normal only, If baby is passing urine minimum 6-8 times per day. Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion. Consistently green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. ... Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva. A lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet also cause green colour motion in baby.
