is it safe to give dulcolax suppositories to a two month old baby?

A. give as prescribed. if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare. he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly. if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician. formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.

A. Yes, in constipation. Constipation in infants, keep feeding your baby well after every two to three hours interval and on demand as well. Give tummy time to baby, massage around naval in clockwise direction, cycling motion of legs. Apply hing paste around naval

A. you should avoid giving any medication to the baby without checking with your doctor without that it is not advisable that you induce any medication to the baby at all
