yes you can give. recently I have visited my paediatric and he has also suggested me to slowly give cow milk to baby. my baby is 7 months old and I have started giving me cow milk .

Milk for babies specially in the initial days of life is very essential,breast milk is ideally the best and should be given exclusively till 5-6  months of age . 
if your baby is having proper weight gain and urine output then you can consider that the baby is getting satisfied with the milk and there is nothing to worry.
formula milk should be given only when advised by your pediatrician as a substitute to breast milk if due to any reason it is not sufficient to fulfill the demand of the baby. 
according to the age different stage of formula milk are there like stage 1 till 6 months of age stage 2  from 6 months to 12 months and thereafter stage 3.
after one year cow's milk can be started and any kind of health drink powder in milk should be  used only after the completion of two years of age , You can use any good brand of health drink like pediasur!tee nangrow or kids Pro which are available in different flavours too.

yes it is absolutely fine if you start giving cow milk along with continuing you giving breast milk also only care you need to take while giving cow milk is you should boil it properly so that if any water is added in it will get clear also you should see that baby is eating Semi solid or solid food properly
