A. you may give but for the dose you should consult the homeopathy practitioners.. you should give the baby immunity boosting foods as ginger garlic, turmeric, spices as cloves, cinnamon, pepper.. broccoli, honey tulsi, dry fruits as almonds, spinach, citrus fruits as orange... maintain the hygiene guidelines..
