is it safe to give antibiotics to babies. as my son is having throat infection, is this necessary to give antibiotics?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 8 months old and if he is having a throat infection and if he has a fever then you can give him an antibiotic like azithral for 5 days
