is it safe to eat ice creams during breastfeeding??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. dear mum, you can surely eat ice cream while breastfeeding. what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause cold and cough to baby. have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. avoid oily, fatty and processed food.
