Is it safe to breastfeeding 11 month old baby after 24 hours of taking Misoprostol (abortion pill)?

A. Both misprostol and mifepristone can pass into your breast milk in small amounts after you take it. These amounts shouldn't cause any problems for you or your baby. Tell your doctor or nurse if you're breastfeeding so you can work out the best plan together.
