Is it safe to breastfeed the baby if I have fever ?

A. Hi Mom, Yes you can breastfeed as normal. If you have a cold or flu, fever, diarrohea or vomitting keep breastfeeding as normal. Your baby won't catch the illness through your breastmilk, infact, it will contain antibodies to reduce her risk of getting the same bug.
