is it safe to apply a kajal for baby? my baby is 3.months old.. can we apply home made kajal to baby

Dr Shradha shikhareMom of a 10 yr 3 m old boy6 years agoA. hello mom. scientifically it is not recommended to use any tyoe of kajal into eyes. it is not needed at all.. unnecessarily it becomes source of infection or allergies so avoid

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi ma’am it depends as to where do u wanna put Kajal. If u want to put it as a tika it’s fine but if U r thinking for eyes then it’s absolutely a big no no. U should never apply Kajal in to a kid’s eye at this age as it blocks the tear glands of the baby and it’s not at all safe so please avoid it .

Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children6 years agoA. don't apply Kajal in baby Eyes as it may lead to some eye infection. instead you can draw thin line at the end of eye or you can put some Kajal Tika on forehead on chin
