Q.

is it recommended to do low strain exercises like leg lifts hip lifts plank etc 3 months postpartum (cesarean delivery)?

A. Absolutely NOT! You have to take extra care and don’t put any pressure over the abdomen for atleast 6 months post surgery. Until then you can only do brisk walking

A. A. Yes you can do all stretching, yoga exercise after 3 months. Heavy weight training exercise like gymming should be done after 6 months.
