Is it really possible to get bald patches at an early age? what is the treatment. Please suggest reasons also

Is a kind of a disease when you see these what kind of bald patches appearing there could be some issue associated with that but you have to check with your doctor as if there is any treatment for this particular thing the doctor would be able to give you better clarity can help on that
