POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Once the product has been delivered, you may visit the Order History > Order Details Page and click on the Replace or Exchange button to raise a request, as long as the window has not expired. Then, follow the same steps as the Returns Flow and submit the Request.
