is it okay to feed 4 months baby toned milk? or which top feed should I give her....baby is not gaining weight....plz suggest

A. dear parent, toned milk or any other top milk should not be given at the age of 4 months. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. if breast milk supply is not sufficient, then you can give formula.
