Is it okay or advisable to add a little salt/jaggery in food for a 8 month old toddler? Also, Please suggest few food items to add to my baby's diet to increase the body weight. Thanks!!

A. hello you can add Jaggery in your kids diet which should not be a problem 8f added in small as it is rich in orin content and good for baby growth but avoid added salt as bm or infant formula milk will itself contain the required salt and additional salt content can effect
