is it okay for a 7 years to snor while sleeping

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. snoring in children occurs due to nasal blockage or it might be due to upper respiratory tract cblockage.
what you can do is give nasal saline drops every three hourly or go for steam inhalation and if it is still not improvingx then meet your daughter

it might happen because of congestion
so , first keep your child well hydrated
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
keep the room temperature moderated
