ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hi yes it can be taken. you can also take 1 tsf of gandharv haritiki churn with luke warm water before bedtime at night to ease motions and relieve constipation. take more fibres in the diet and more green leafy vegetables seasonal fruits
